I checked in for a flight a few hours ago and added the pass to iOS wallet. I’ve had multiple gate changes and the pass hasn’t “expired” like previously, so maybe that bug is fixed? Will leave the pass alone and see if it shows up on the home screen once I arrive at the airport.
