The one other thing I get from Chase that I don't see from FHB would be the 2 lounge passes per year which I've gottten used to having.
If the annual fee is a concern, the closest analog to the FHB card would seem to be the Chase United MilegaPlus Awards Card: same AF, same earning rate, same features. Why not just downgrade the MilegaPlus Explorer to that if you can go without the Club passes?
