Booked via Fine Hotels and resorts site and upgraded to a nice palace view suite. Liked the hotel a lot except weekend breakfast---too many local families with young kids. Besides that we enjoyed the service(front desk and house keeping) were top notch.
Weekends will pretty much be nuts all the time. They've been selling F&B memberships like hotcakes.
