Want to book DEN-LON using AA miles on a BA flight. Online only allows me to book economy. I tried to call but agent said no using miles for Premium economy. Anyone know if there is a way to use AA miles for BA premium economy? Or could I Book economy and then upgrade, either with $s or miles? Thanks!
