Have had several positive experiences with Chase's extended warranty benefit and other benefits. One of the reasons why I keep using them (especially over Citi), as I've found their claims process to be easier and they try to pay out reasonable claims rather than find any excuse to deny as Citi's does (my experiences with Citi's benefits over the last couple years).

1) iPad replaced under purchase protection after dropping it on the corner a month after buying it.
2) iPhone repair reimbursed within 10 days by extended warranty benefit. (just past the 1 year Apple warranty). Provided repair bill, original receipt, and credit card statement.
