I have Global Entry and was interviewed at Miami and they stamped my passport, which was odd. This was after at least a half mile walk from the gate where not one set of escalators worked.
Changed travel plans next year to avoid Miami.
I will admit I still try to avoid Miami, but I found Global Entry came in handy. Fort Lauderdale is better, as recommended by the BA staff in the area.
