Ko Samui has an airport, so it's pretty simple to get there. It just costs money.
I can't advise you on points because I don't typically spend over $25 per night, but those destinations you listed will have what you seek.
Also I've never spent that night on any of the Phi Phi islands, but I think the non-hippies tend to just stay on the islands for maybe a couple of nights and the rest of the time back at their main place. FYI, I am a non-hippy.
