Lounge = plaza premium lounge?

Last NYE I saw this kerfuffle at the Plaza Premium West Lounge reception when KA GA was leading two Indian national (I think) pax to West Lounge who probably don't have PAR to enter HK. The GA kept insisting her colleagues checked Plaza Premium had transit rooms available, the West Lounge MOD insisted they do not have those anymore (or not immediately available)
