A bit annoying that there is no airside Priority Pass loinge at Narita Terminal 2 (oneworld). I did find a nice lounge-like waiting area in the passageway between the two terminal wings -- near the odd-but-semi-interesting Toto toilet gallery (with fancy toilets you can actually use). It's also next to a coffee shop/beer stand. The seating varies quite a lot, with semi-private reclining "beds" the most desirable, and hardest to get. I wound up in a semi-private cubicle with comfy chair and electrical plug both times. It felt like a airline lounge without food or drink. The free, fast wifi made the time pass quickly. If you need more stimulation, they also seem to have free Japanese crafts being demonstrated in the same corridor, next to the toilet gallery.
