Why would you go around normal channels to reach out to somebody you don't know? That should be saved for after normal channels fail to achieve the desired result.
In my last 3 attempts to contact the PH Tokyo through their normal email, each time the response was received from Japan Hyatt reservations without anyone at the hotel even looking at it. These were room questions/requests. Hopefully a concierge-related request might actually reach the concierge...
