The short answer is you can't consolidate.

The slightly longer answer is you can lump some of these together. For example, Marriott/Ritz Carlton and SPG have merged and you can combine these accounts. You can transfer Amex/TY/CS points to airlines, but you'll have to check which ones apply to each. The airline points are not going anywhere.
