I was recently able to "force" my QF number into a reward booking made using AA points by using the Finnair website "manage booking" facility when the AA FF number was showing as default FF on the initial booking: I am LTG with QF and nothing with AA so wanted the QF number to show.

This trick may or may not work for you...
