The international lounge was renovated last year. It now resembles their sister location in T3 International and other Asian locations, with some items you can order from the menu. The place is however the same size as before, so it can get crowded.

Before this renovation, their T1 international lounge was worse than MLL international in every aspect except for the food selection.

Food at any YYZ PPL has always been better than MLL, IMHO. The domestic and transborder lounges were rarely crowded.
