New CXL attitude at AS?
Called in today to cancel a trip to which I had applied GGUs.
No problem canceling, but the "Customer Care" agent asked the reason for my CXL and then said we don't restore GGUs to your account. She said we'll make an exception this time and replace them in your account! Previously, the couple of times I did this same thing, the agent was friendly and polite, but today Vickie had quite an attitude.
I also noticed a new check box at the CXL page saying I agree that these GGUs are lost.
Anyone else have such an experience?
