I had the same thing happen last week. I was "upgraded" to a middle seat in Comfort +, moved back to a window seat in the exit row, then somehow got "upgraded" again even though I had unchecked the auto-upgrade for C+. Luckily the exit seat was still available so I switched back a second time, but I'm keeping an eye on it.
