For the second time this year I've booked a trip, got my PM upgrade to C+, selected a window seat, and then checked my reservation a couple weeks later only to find that I have been moved to a middle seat (13F to 11B) with no notification. Has anyone else had this happen? The first time it happened I chalked it up to an equipment change or something like that, but this is the second time it has happened to me. I'll be calling the PM line later and will post an update with their response.
