I heard today on the phone that there's a limit of 4 complimenetary upgrades from Main Cabin to Main Cabin Select for Alaska MVP; this is the first time I've ever heard of this. I'm flying transcon today and Main Cabin Select is wide open, but they said that they can't upgrade me because they've already hit their limit of free comps. Anyone else ever run into this issue?
They told me that more MCS space "might" open up later, but couldn't specify when or how much availability would increase.
