Another question then - if I wanted force my 1-way to go through specific airlines/cities that don't show on their website as one-way, but I know they have places since I can find these flights by doing other searches, I would have to call to book?

E.g. it only shows flights with AC, which incur fuel surcharges, where as I know I can price SIN-IST and then IST-YUL on Turkish.
