Hi All two questions for those who may know the answers

My wife has the regular Amex Platinum card and I was thinking of having her add me as an authorized user. I've never been an authorized user or a primary card holder of any of the membership rewards cards (Plat, Gold etc). If I am added as an authorized user to the Platinum card, would I still be eligible for my own sign up bonus in the future?

Related question, if I signed up for the free Ameriprise Amex Platinum card, since it technically doesn't have any sign up bonus, would I still be eligible for a future sign up bonus on the regular Amex Platinum card?
