Just came back a few days ago, hope you have a great trip. I took way too many US dollars with me as changing cash is a real pain. Both hotels I stayed at told me to go out to a money changer (Bureau de change) for a better rate. Even there I think I got screwed. I ended up withdrawing money from proper bank ATM (which they have many of in the airport) and looking at my statement I got a pretty reasonable exchange rate, but of course was charged by both my bank and the Moroccan bank probably $7 total. So when you take money out to Enough to last you so you don't rack up bank fees.
