That's a super-idealized picture in that link. The location that site says they'll use is at the corner of Chapman & Harbor, and those streets are wider by many lanes than shown in the picture, and not green all around like shown in the picture, and there are already plenty of hotels on two adjacent corners. I presume the Kimpton''s development will be on one of the two corners that don;t have hotels yet.

So are they knocking down the Target / Walgreen's / Coco's on the SE corner or the Big 5 Sporting Goods / Pizza Hut on the NE corner to make way for this development? Or are they knocking down one or more of the existing hotels?
