Hi -
I'm not affiliated with US's iDine program, but I'm inferring that all visits for a calendar month post to one's US account as a single batch early the following month? Delta still posts this way, whereas some others post much faster.
To track your visits, without relying on the emails, you need to visit the US iDine site itself and view your account there. Most restaurant visits post there four days (calendar days, not business days) - I've seen a few post the third day and some take 5 days. Idine's own rule is that if the meal has not posted one week later, it's likely never to do so on its own. At that point, you may call them to discuss the matter; most likely they'll then suggest you send them a copy of the receipt so that they can add the miles manually themselves.
Funny thing about the email situation - I'm in three programs and my confirming emails are coming through much faster than they used to!
