Front desk said reservations shouldn’t have allowed me to apply the cert in the first place since the lounge is always closed on eeekends. They claimed they would return the cert. after a few weeks it hadn’t shown back up in my account, so I called. The desk couldn’t grant me a new cert or return the old one, but they gave me 6000 pts. To me, that was more than a fair trade.
