Correct - I will have hand luggage. I believe I will have one set of BPs (paper or app) from SIN-ZRH-MXP (1st itinerary).

I am presuming that logging onto the SWISS app on my phone and calling up the mobile BPs for the intra-European segments will be possible since I have a separate reference #.

I would assume you have no checked luggage - if you cannot check it thru to LHR then you most likely have not enough time to pick the luggage up and check it in again.
Also make sure that you already have your boarding pass when arriving in MXP.
