I see this is a new location

what was it before and can anyone tell me if the location is convenient to public transport. I am looking to stay here to attend something at the RAI - but everything near there is booked solid or outrageously expensive, I will only be at the RAI for 2 or 3 days out of my 6 day stay and the rest of the time will be taking trains and doing touristy things
