This is admittedly a very trivial question...

I was pretty impressed with the open box experience when I first received my American Express Platinum Card. The packaging was nicely done, and the solid wood card holder was a nice classy touch.

In the past, I would have kept the entire packaging, but I have been on a personal anti-clutter campaign and ended up tossing the cardboard packaging, but ended up keeping the wooden card holder (which also doubles as a smartphone stand). I really don't have a need for a smartphone stand, but I kind of feel guilty just tossing it in the trash.

I was just curious... How many of you have kept either the box or the wooden block? How many of you just tossed the whole package in the trash? For those who have kept the packaging, are you using the wooden block as a smartphone stand, or just storing it?
