AF and LH (and LX) provide the ground experience at their hub exclusively for their own passengers, while TG offers it also for other F passengers of *A (Lounge, escort, golf cart, fast track etc., except spa)
so poster might be right if he generalize the statement for BKK, but I agree with you that AF, LH and LX provide an overall outstanding ground experience at their hubs for their own F passengers, which TG can hardly beat
I think even if you compare own passenger service, TG is still slightly better than LH/LX. Departures in BKK are more hassle free (unless you arrive by car at the FCT in FRA.) Food and drink is better in FRA. Spa is better and complimentary in BKK. Service is more friendly and professional in BKK. Smoking room is nicer in FRA. No ducks in BKK. But to me the biggest thing in TG's favor is the handling of incoming F pax. At FRA, it's non-existent.
