Yes, SPG confirmed that his account has to be 14 days old before even be allowed to accept/buy any starpoints. So on the 15th, he will just buy starpoints via his own account using a credit card then switch to Skywards miles instead. I have to say SPG was excellent and super fast at replying on Face Book PM , top marks for them !
