Last time I was in PP Lounge in International area it was terrible This was around 8am. Dirty dishes all over the place. Coffee machine not working so if you wanted a regular coffee they were trying to make you a cappuccino in the kitchen area with predictable results. Running out of cutlery. Cold drinks were lukewarm.

They had some trainee behind the counter trying to cook some eggs...one guy was waiting there 30 minutes and had still not been served.

Terrible.
