I think my point is that for an airport that is this new, the design, the maintenance and the conditioning among other things is poor. I am not saying that the building is not air conditioned, I am pointing out that you can walk down to your gate and there are spots where it is effective and spots where it is warm. I would say a design flaw.
And yes, my comparison is to other Asian airports of equivalent size. Why not?
