It's definitely doable as long as the flight from Malmö is on time.
If you arrive from Malmö, you will arrive to Arlanda Terminal 4.
You walk through Sky City (land side) and use Terminal 5 security check on Sky City side. Fast track there tends to be less queue than on SAS side of Fast track.
After the security check, you walk the long corridor between A pier and B pier and at last you will arrive to F pier of the Terminal 5.
You need to clear immigration before heading to non-Schengen part of the pier F, but there isn't used to be long queue at the time of Air China flight departure.
