The airlines are very protective of inventory numbers and the "public" GDS systems only have a single digit, so 9 is the max visible count (and some airlines limit the info to a max of 4)

Yes - generally similar to X but without XN.

That should not happen -- the seats released to partners should be a subset of the seats available. There may have been other factors - married segments?

Will move to the AC AP forum to get their input on making large (award) group bookings and any other issues that might arise when trying to use AC AP miles for this.
