1) Just want to give a shout-out and thanks to the Autoslash staff who are helping me pursue Alamo for the fact that although they are charging the "Recovery Fee" for the federal excise tax they pay on frequent flyer/hotel miles, they are not, in fact, crediting those miles to my account.

2) Question: As you are looking at setting up user accounts on Autoslash, could those who wished to give you their rewards program details allow you to book directly with the rental companies' websites as if you were the customer, thus avoiding the Priceline misery? There would be those who wouldn't wish to do so, I'm sure, but those of us who have found your service and communication and help stellar would gladly do so! Would this be a way around the rental companies not letting you book that forced you to the best-of-a-bad-lot Priceline alternative? I realize that would mean, of course, that we would need to pay you directly some percentage fee that represents your commission -- which I would gladly do. (Or perhaps pay a yearly fee, akin to Amazon Prime, e.g.?)
