I can't find a code share partner that has those airports available. So it seems the the most likely scenario is to transfer miles directly in the LATAM Pass using SPG points. However, LATAM is telling me they have no availability for a wide window between Feb 10 and March 14 between those two airports.

But if you can't find award-seat availability on either LATAM or GOL for when the traveler needs to fly, then it's a moot point.
