The only thing i could do is assign a seat. Icelandair is penalizing customers who purchase tickets through travel agency, they explicitly don't tell these things on their website, these i the things i learnt the hard way after purchasing the ticket. Has anyone faced the similar situation ? Their customer service has un-acceptable wait times and you have to wait 30 + minutes to speak to someone. This will be my last time flying Icelandair.
