Great TR. Sorry that AM seems super unpleasant. I suppose the worse part is that you'll probably fly them back home, although I might be wrong. The unfriendliness of F staff isn't fun but par with some airlines. maybe you'll get better staff.
But it sounds like you arrived at MEX at 5am, had a 3-4 hour layover, and then arrived in SCL at 10pm. That's a lot of hours of flying. Ouch.
I don't really need pictures in TRs but this definitely feels like a TR where pictures would be depressing except for Reese Witherspoon. Which movie??
