Im curious about the “capacity controlled” clause and getting a rude surprise at check in.
I believe the capacity controlled bit is to allow properties to disallow application of the club access award, not to rescind it at check-in. There have been reports of not being able to apply a club access award even though club rooms were still available for booking.
