BTW, I've noticed another downfall with TANGO... the FA's seem to be running around like crazy during boarding and never pick up coats in FC to hang it. Worse yet, after flagging the FA down she quickly grabbed my coat, bundled it up and threw it up top in the luggage bin and ran off before anything could be said!</font>
Well, throwing anyones coat into the overhead when you should be hanging it is bad service, but, as you mentioned, we are running around like chickens with our heads cut off during the initial stages of boarding. We're generally cleaning up after the cleaners, trying to make the plane look presentable. Sorry for the coat in a ball in the overhead - that wasn't very nice.
