Maybe I'm just a grump, but singing FA's are why I prefer not to fly WN.

An FA who provides good service with a smile is the FA who impresses me.

BTW, I've noticed another downfall with TANGO... the FA's seem to be running around like crazy during boarding and never pick up coats in FC to hang it. Worse yet, after flagging the FA down she quickly grabbed my coat, bundled it up and threw it up top in the luggage bin and ran off before anything could be said!
