Kimpton Ink 48 NYC

What is your Priority Club status? Spire Inner Circle

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes-our favorite of the NYC Kimptons

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked a standard king and was upgraded to a large junior suite with very large bathroom. We have stayed here multiple times. Last year at this time, we were upgraded to a Hudson Suite, which had floor to ceiling windows but was not all that much larger. I am pleased with the room.

How are the rooms? Nice decor-I believe all have a view of the Hudson River or some sort of city view.

[If you are Spire]
How was your complimentary welcome amenity? I would rate as a third base-complied with my profile request for chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of chardonnay, but the bottle was only a half bottle.

Did you raid the minibar? If so, what did you take? Orange and cranberry juices plus Reese's or Peanut M & M's (still here and have not snagged the candy yet).

Were you offered a Chef's Taste at Dinner, If so, what did you receive? No-it is NYC restaurant week and we will be eating elsewhere.

Did you use the free spa credit / did the hotel participate? If so, was it a good value? They do participate, but cheapest service is a $60 25 minute foot massage.

What was good and what was bad? Everything great-room and bathroom very spacious and they delivered our Inner Circle amenity as soon as we got back from dinner on the first night of our 2 night stay. Very courteous wine hour staff-proactive about refills and making guests feel welcome. Elijah at the front desk is great.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? Yes-hotel price very reasonable for NYC in winter-this is our third or fourth stay.
