I am sorry this has nothing to do with Nexus. But I am nervous and afraid so here I am...
I am traveling for work in 2 weeks to Canada. I have a conviction for Public Indecency from 2 years ago. Probation completed a year ago. Nothing else on record.
I was told by someone that it should not be a problem since it is considered a Summary Offense. That I should be straightforward when presenting my passport at airport.
This is a work trip with coworkers AND Boss. I am afraid of being turned away in front of them.
Does anybody know if Public Indecency conviction can be grounds to be denied entrance to Canada?
