As mentioned in the linked thread above, the terms and conditions of the MP program state that you earn 0% miles and they can start enforcing this at any time.

However, historically if you mail in the boarding passes for the flight, you'll earn miles based on the fare class flown of the operating airline. So in this case you would expect to receive whatever an I-class fare is classified to earn on the BA mileage earning chart.
