Many claims are cut & dried. If, however, the airline is looking to wrongfully abrogate its responsibilities by playing hardball AND you have neither the time nor inclination to want to battle with them, then I guess the 20% can be a favourable option.

Was it handled on a no-win-no-fee basis ?
