With children under 15 you will not be allowed in Row 21 (exit row), FAA rule -- see the red arrow on the seat map.
Exit rows do have additional pirtch,
Bulkheads (row 7 in this case) have the advantage of no one to recline into your space.
Row 20 seats do not recline.
