Well, the menu changed for Feb 1st. The chicken was stil there, and I concur with your assessment. Delicious, but not exactly what it was originally.
The ribs now come with a bbq sauce and sugar snap peas and carrots.
The turbot is a cod with miso sauce
The ravioli is a lentil chilli
The chicken salad is now on a quinoa base.
Sadly, the southwestern omelette has been replaced by a rustic omelette.
Interestingly the snacks are specified -- cold bites only, sandwiches, sweet and salty snacks, and fresh fruit. Seems as if the grilled cheese and tomato soup is no more, alas.

Indeed, both were there today, though the FA's moved them quickly. Loads of unused gel pillows, and I'm the only mattress pad user that I can see (though I haven't done a really careful walk through). No wonder they only load them at 60%.
