Real or fake itinerary?




I am wondering if anyone can identify what site this is as it does not look like an actual ticket confirmation but rather a screenshot of a search. I have someone sending this to me as their "itinerary" after I asked for verification of their flight. Does not look like any trip receipt Itinerary I receive. Input appreciated before I get more nosey Id like to have backup info. THanks!
