I'm looking at AA1796 PHL-LAX on June 9. Seatguru has a totally different seat map. AA is showing the following seats as MCE:
Rows 6-8, 2-3-2
Row 9, 2-4-2
Rows 10-16, only seats G/H
Rows 23-25
Row 26, only C/D/E/F (middle 4 in 2-4-2)
It seems like Rows 6-8 are premium economy, and obviously much more desirable. I'm gold and I can usually get MCE for free at check-in but it's clearly worth paying the extra $37 here to make sure I get one of the PE seats.
But what's confusing is rows 10-16 and 26. How can only some of the seats in a row be MCE? I get it in some cases where it's an exit row (like on the 321s, where there is no 22A and 22F, 23A and 23F are MCE but the rest of row 23 isn't).
