Email is a very blunt tool at Hilton. It goes unanswered frequently. If you are a Diamond Member call 877 444 9847. If you are not a Diamond Member then either call 888 240 6152 (Guest Assistance) or use Hilton's online chat with Guest Assistance. The chat agents tend to be more experienced and more generous with compensation than the Guest Assistance phone team.
