I read it differently and I'm confused... is a "Suite Upgrade Award" as mentioned in the T&C the same as using points to upgrade to a suite? It sounds like they're referring to a suite upgrade that is given free as an award, say on a high tier. Not one you're "paying for" with points.

Can anyone clarify?
