So far as I know, there's no way to tell from just the seat map (if there's no icon saying New WBC) since the layouts are identical between old and new. The three rows of WBC just means that the economy cabin has been extended forward, they did that a little while ago.
That said, I think they're starting with the A333s, so your A332 will most likely not be re-fitted.
